Were hiring a Product Manager to lead the Payments domain within Shawbrook. This is a newly created role offering the chance to build and iterate on new and existing payment experiences in a fast-moving financial environment.
Youll work as part of a cross-functional squad and take ownership of shaping the product roadmap working closely with engineers designers data scientists and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy and Vision: Develop and communicate a compelling vision and strategy for your product workstream ensuring it resonates with our customers and aligns with the companys mission.
- Customer Insight and Empathy: Dive deep into understanding our customers needs behaviours and pain points. Use these insights to drive product decisions and create truly user-centric solutions.
- Collaborative Roadmap Planning: Collaborate with engineering design risk marketing and operations teams to create a detailed product roadmap. Foster a collaborative environment where everyones ideas are heard and valued.
- Exceptional User Experience: Advocate for the user at every step of the process ensuring the platform is intuitive engaging and delivers an outstanding experience.
- Performance and Impact Measurement: Develop and build our vision and objectives and results. Lead in making sure your squad is aligned to driving those outcomes.
- Transparent Communication: Maintain open and transparent communication with all stakeholders. Regularly update the team and leadership on progress decisions and changes to the roadmap.
Qualifications :
- 3 years of experience in product management ideally in the financial services or fintech industry.
- Proven track record of launching and managing successful digital products.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships across teams.
- Experience with agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA Trello or similar.
- A passion for innovation and a deep understanding of customer needs and market trends.
