Minimum 5 7 years auto finance / consumer finance industry experience (Credit Funding Collections etc. including compliance experience at a federally regulated financial institution.
02 years supervisory experience or leading projects.
Previous experience with development and management of a testing and monitoring program a plus.
Bachelors degree in legal studies finance business or a related field required.
Compliance Certification preferred (e.g. CRCM or similar).
Working knowledge of consumer protection regulations related to consumer lending including but not limited to ECOA FCRA FDCPA TILA and GLBA.
Strong skills of Microsoft Office specifically Excel Word and PowerPoint.
Excellent oral and written communication skills including ability to communicate with leadership regarding compliance risk.
Exhibit strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
Demonstrated ability to coach develop and manage employee performance.
Must possess strong interpersonal skills and be able to work well in both a team environment and independently.
Ability to adapt quickly to change handle multiple competing projects work with complex subject matter possess keen attention to detail and deliver quality results in a timely manner.
Work Environment
Employees in this class are subject to extended periods of sitting standing and walking vision to monitor and moderate noise levels. Work is performed in an office environment.

What to Expect
The Manager Compliance Testing and Monitoring is responsible for managing a team of compliance testers with the daily of the Testing and Monitoring program to ensure HCA complies with applicable laws regulations and company policies and procedures. The Manager Testing and Monitoring will be accountable for the development and testing of key compliance controls communicating identified risks identification of trends through analysis of testing results and overseeing the completion of identified remediation.
What You Will Do
1. Testing and Monitoring Activity:
Manage compliance tester(s) ensuring team executes on the testing and monitoring program and the regulatory impact of key compliance controls.
Identify areas of compliance risk through testing and determine appropriate actions and recommendations to address risks.
2. Tracking and Reporting:
Create reports to communicate the risks observed through testing the remediation plan and the tracking of items through resolution.
Document and communicate identified risks to department leaders and partner with leaders to ensure risks are addressed and tracked/monitored through resolution.
Partner with the first line of defense to communicate risks and promote a culture of compliance.
3. Test Plans
Create test plans to address compliance risks that could impact HCA and its subsidiaries.
Ensure test scripts articulate the applicable regulatory risk that is being assessed and the impact of the identified risk(s).
4. People Management: Lead mentor and develop team members by providing direction performance feedback and support to ensure effective collaboration professional growth and achievement of organizational and personal goals.
