Position Overview
This role is responsible for analytical transformation projects including the development and evolution of TruGreens realtime lifetime value and propensity to churn modeling advanced logistics planning and optimization modeling comprehensive sales and workforce forecasting and drive increased sales efficiencies and customer experience satisfaction modeling. The Advance Analytics and Insights Manager will lead a team of Business Analysts and reporting engineers while working crossfunctionally with the IT Business Intelligence team. Build lead and manage the longterm development and evolution of advanced analytical techniques enterprisewide.
Responsibilities
Lead develop and manage the advanced analytics team for new sales customer retention route planning and logistics optimization.
Provide thought leadership on and execute the vision for growth and evolution of advanced analytical techniques within the organization.
Establish and build a close partnership with the IT Business Intelligence and architecture teams to achieve enterprise objectives.
Create and maintain advanced data analytics models for descriptive predictive and prescriptive uses across a wide range of business use cases including customer lifetime value next best action recommendations customer satisfaction (NPS) field routing planning logistics optimizations and sales planning.
Partner with senior leaders to drive growth and change through advanced analytical analyses and analytic techniques to inform and support realtime decisionmaking across the business.
Prepare and present compelling datadriven stories and recommendations to create buyin and influence at all levels of the organization.

Education and Experience Requirements
At least a Bachelors degree in data analytics data science or related field. Masters degree preferred.
5 years leading data science engineering or advanced analytics initiatives required
Applied data science in a business setting preferred
Knowledge Skills and Abilities
Advanced analytical techniques including cluster analysis neural networks decision trees complex multivariate regressions machine learning etc.
Python/R and SQL mastery
Data science including knowledge of ETL data structures architecture warehousing etc.
Working knowledge of goaldriven hypothesis testing model backtesting and ongoing optimization strategies
Ability to influence at all levels of the company
Strong intellectual curiosity and pursuit of learning
Ability to build strong relationships
Ability to effectively communicate and resolve issues
Attention to detail and accuracy
Written and verbal communication skills

Pay Ranges
$95010.00 $158350.00This range is based on the qualifications necessary for the position including experience training and other considerations permitted by law.Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidates skills experience and geographic location the expected quality and quantity of work and internal pay alignment as needed. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range.The upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive experience.An employees pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. In addition to monetary compensation we offer benefits including Medical/Dental/Vision insurance and Companymatching 401(k) in addition to other programs and perks.
