Posting Summary
Perform a variety of technical functions in a fastpaced immunotherapy cancer research lab in a basic and clinically oriented lab. Perform experiments involving in vivo mouse models in vitro mechanisms and binding analyses of immunotherapy treatments. Provide highlevel technical expertise in the design performance and troubleshooting of complex laboratory experiments. Analyze interpret and manage experimental data. Exercise judgment in prioritizing work to meet the objectives and deadlines provided by the PI. Maintain compliance with regulatory agencies for the laboratory including but not limited to personnel lab safety chemical safety biosafety IACUC IRB and IBC . Serve as a resource and support person for other researchers/faculty for experimental preparation design evaluating methodologies and interpreting data. Work independently with minimal supervision in a collaborative and flexible manner is essential.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Graph pad Prism and Image J programs and other related computer skills is desirable.
