Job Summary:
As a Mitchell Subaru Parts Representative at Mitchell Subaru in Canton Connecticut you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support in the automotive industry. This is a fulltime hourly position in a fastpaced and teamoriented environment. As an individual contributor you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing accurate and timely assistance with automotive parts and accessories.

Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Receive process and fulfill parts and accessories orders from customers both in person and over the phone.
Provide accurate and detailed information about parts and accessories to customers.
Maintain a clean and organized parts department and inventory.
Assist technicians and service advisors in identifying and ordering necessary parts for repairs and maintenance.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues.
Handle cash and credit transactions for parts sales.
Work closely with the service and sales departments to ensure timely and accurate service to customers.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous customer service experience preferably in the automotive industry.
Proficiency in computer systems and knowledge of automotive parts and components.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fastpaced and teamoriented environment.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
