Job Description

We are seeking an Employee Benefits Account Executive with aspirations for leadership. This role offers the opportunity for growth and development with a clear path to a future Unit Leader position. The ideal candidate will have experience in benefits design middle to large market and a strong understanding of selffunded and fully funded groups.

Responsibilities

  • Servicing accounts and benefit design for large market fully funded and self funded groups
  • Leading the transition of major medical solutions from fully to self funded and vice versa
  • Account management and future unit leadership
  • Collaborating with a team for voluntary benefits

Qualifications

  • L&H license
  • 610 years of experience in benefits design and account management
  • Leadership aspirations and a genuine desire to help people
  • Experience with Epic software is preferred

Daytoday

The successful candidate will work on large accounts ranging fromlives with a focus on major medical design. Candidate will have a 4day inoffice presence and engage in local travel as part of their role.
