Job Overview

We are seeking a midlevel Human Resources Generalist to join our team at V Catapult on a fulltime basis. The position is based in Tiruchirappalli Chennai and requires a dynamic individual who can manage various HR functions including compliance grievances handling and payroll processing. The ideal candidate will work closely with our team to support our clients and ensure smooth HR operations.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Excellent knowledge of labor laws to ensure compliance across all HR activities and procedures.
  • Demonstrated ability to address and resolve employee grievances to maintain a positive work environment.
  • Proficiency in payroll processing with a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Experience in statutory compliances ensuring all regulatory obligations are met effectively.
  • Strong skills in HR policy writing tailored to meet organizational and legal standards.
  • Effective communication skills to interact with employees and management efficiently and professionally.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong interpersonal relationships within a small dynamic team.
  • Problemsolving skills and resourcefulness to address HR challenges proactively and effectively.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage daytoday HR operations and provide support to management in all aspects of HR functions.
  • Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations to mitigate risks and safeguard the company.
  • Handle employee grievances with sensitivity and professionalism to promote workplace harmony.
  • Administer payroll processing accurately and on time maintaining confidentiality at all times.
  • Implement and update HR policies and procedures in alignment with current laws and company needs.
  • Coordinate and facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.
  • Conduct recruitment activities to attract and select candidates that fit the company culture and values.
  • Maintain employee records and manage HR documentation to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
