About the role:
We are seeking a permanent parttimeAssistant Property Managerto work with our dynamic team. Working alongside our Property Management Team you will be challenged whilst being supported to learn with ongoing training and enjoying the benefits of a great team and office environment.
Responsibilities:
- Taking general telephone enquiries forthe Rental Department
- Work alongside Property Managers
- Processing tenancy applications
- Assisting with landlords tenants and contractors communication
- Assist with rent arrears
- Assisting with the coordination of maintenance
- Property Management administration
- Preparation of necessary documents for new and existing landlords and tenants
- Assisting with preparing property reports ie: ingoing outgoing & quarterly inspections
About you:
- Real Estate industry experience will be advantageous but not necessary
- High attention to detail
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Good at multitasking and time management
- High level of initiative and problemsolving abilities
- Ability to work to current systems and procedures while contributing as a team
- The desire to grow within a company for the long term
