Assistant Manager Coastal Beach Club Destination
Noordwijk Year-Round Contract Start ASAP
Do you have experience managing busy beach venues terraces or large events
Were hiring an Assistant Manager to support the day-to-day running of a well-known beach club on the Dutch coast. The season is in full swing and we need someone who can hit the ground running.
About the Role
You be part of a three-person management team focusing on Front of House operations. During the summer you help lead a large team cross the restaurant beach terrace and event spaces. You keep teams organised service smooth and guests happy.
What You Do

Oversee daily FOH operations

Support recruitment training and scheduling

Maintain clear service standards and SOPs

Work closely with kitchen and events teams

Stay present on the floor and lead by example

Help adapt operations for seasonal demands
About You

Based in or near Noordwijk
-
Fluent in Dutch (essential)

Experience in busy terraces beach clubs or event venues

Strong team management and communication skills

Positive hands-on and calm under pressure
