Job Description
AP Coordinator
We are looking for an AP Coordinator to join our team in Carol Stream IL 60188. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail be organized and have Accounts Payable experience.
Packaging Personified is a familyowned business that is a nationwide supplier of flexible packaging products. We are continuing to grow and in our 47 years have never experienced a lay off.

What youll be doing
- Match invoices to purchase orders.
- Coding and processing of A/P invoices reviewing for proper documentation and approval.
- Research inquiries and problems. Maintain positive relationships with external vendors and internal customers.
- Post invoices in appropriate General Ledger accounts
- Print vendor checks for payments
- Review and input of employee expense reports verify appropriate back up documentation and approval.
- Run bank reconciliation monthly.
- Balance GL accounts monthly
Solid computer skills experience with Axapta a plus.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Must exhibit solid judgment and follow through.
Ability to successfully multitask in a fast paced environment.
Ability to read and comprehend orders and instructions.
Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
A drive to succeed with a selfstarter approach and a cando attitude.
