Job Description
- Welcoming customers reading and listening to people to determine beverage preferences making recommendations and taking drink orders.
- Creating drink menus and informing customers about new beverages and specials.
- Choosing and mixing ingredients garnishing glasses and serving beverages to customers
- Checking identification to ensure that customers are of legal drinking age .
- Taking inventory and ordering supplies to ensure the bar and tables are wellstocked .
- Following all food safety and quality regulations .
- Handling cash credit and debit card transactions ensuring charges are accurate and returning correct change to customers and balancing the cash register
- Maintaining a clean work and dining area by removing trash cleaning tables and washing glasses utensils and equipment.
- Creating new cocktail recipes .
Requirements
- Diploma from high school .
- Additional education training certificates or experience will be required.
- Meets the states minimum drinking age.
- Work availability on nights weekends and holidays.
- Positive personality engaging appearance and professional demeanor.
- Basic math and computer skills are required.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent time management and task management abilities
- Attention to detail and knowledge of drink mixing tools and techniques.
- Ability to stand walk bend and lift up to 25 pounds for long periods of time.
Benefits
Terms of Employment:
- Full time

- 40 hours per week
- Day Evening Weekend
Salary: $13.33 $25.00 per hour
Required Years of Experience: 1 to 2 years
