Requirements
- Freshers (Graduate/Undergraduate) ready for the calling process
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs and telephone systems
- Excellent knowledge of the Bengali Language and multilinguistic will be an added benefit
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
- Ready for F2F Interview
