Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to manage and interpret large datasets generate reports and support data-driven decision-making. You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate reporting supporting overall business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage organize and analyze large datasets using MS Excel including Pivot Tables VLOOKUP and Macros
- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports across various departments
- Identify trends and inconsistencies in data to provide meaningful insights
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to understand and deliver on reporting requirements
- Ensure quality service while handling customer/client data
- Gather validate and update data from internal and external sources

Key Skills Required:
- Strong command of MS Excel (Advanced tools: Pivot Tables VLOOKUP Macros)
- Analytical thinking with data interpretation skills
- Attention to detail and focus on data accuracy
- Clear communication and stakeholder management skills
- Problem-solving mindset for client and internal collaboration

Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment/staffing sales. Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. Demonstrated success in lead conversion and pipeline management. Proficient in using CRM tools and maintaining sales tracking systems. High energy, self-motivated, and performance-focused attitude. Bonus Points Experience working in B2B recruitment or staffing firms. Familiarity with ATS platforms or HR Tech solutions. Understanding of global recruitment practices is an added advantag
