Key Responsibilities:
CRM Strategy & Implementation:
Developing and executing CRM strategies including campaign management customer segmentation and loyalty programs.
Customer Data Management:
Ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer data within the CRM system including data governance and security.
Customer Relationship Management:
Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers addressing inquiries resolving complaints and fostering customer loyalty.
Sales & Marketing Support:
Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling cross-selling and lead generation.
Performance Analysis & Reporting:
Analyzing CRM data to identify trends measure the effectiveness of CRM initiatives and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
Communication & Training:
Communicating CRM strategies processes and updates to relevant teams and providing training on the CRM system and its usage.
Customer Satisfaction & Retention:
Monitoring customer satisfaction levels identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.
Skills Required:
CRM System Expertise: Proficiency in using and managing CRM software (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot Zoho).
Data Analysis: Ability to analyze customer data identify trends and draw actionable insights.
Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
Problem-Solving & Conflict Resolution: Ability to resolve customer issues and complaints effectively.
Sales & Marketing Acumen: Understanding of sales and marketing principles and the ability to identify opportunities for growth.
Project Management: Ability to plan execute and manage CRM projects effectively.
