Rostering Officer BlueCare Pioneer Residential Aged Care Facility
Employment Term:Permanent FullTime opportunity Monday Friday
Location:Pioneer Residential Aged Care Facility
Remuneration: $30.95 per hour Super Not for Profit Salary Packaging Penalties & Allowances
As aRostering Officerour main coordinator of base rosters shift replacements and payroll processes for our residential services you will be responsible for the following:
Managing base rosters within our Payroll system (Kronos) as well as ongoing long and shortterm rosters
Reallocating shifts managing planned and unplanned leave and exceptions
Communicating updates and informing staff of shift allocations & replacements
Ensuring staff are working/rostered within EA and payroll reporting is ready for pay sign off
Coordinating managing and resolving enquiries in a highpressure environment including escalation of issues

What makes a difference for us
.
Previous experience with a service coordination scheduling or rostering role
Intermediate to advanced computer skills
Experience within payroll administration
Experience using Kronos Payroll system will be of particular advantage
