Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement TA Strategy: Design and execute talent acquisition strategies to meet current and future hiring needs.
- Lead the Recruitment Lifecycle: Manage endtoend recruitment for all rolessourcing screening interviewing selection offer management and onboarding.
- Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of recruiters and coordinate with hiring managers across departments.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with business leaders to understand workforce planning role requirements and hiring priorities.
- Employer Branding: Strengthen the employer brand through career page enhancements social media job fairs and campus hiring initiatives.
- DataDriven Decisions: Track key metrics like timetofill costperhire and source effectiveness to continuously improve hiring processes.
- Vendor Management: Manage external recruitment agencies job boards and other vendors to support hiring needs.
- Compliance & Diversity: Ensure recruitment practices comply with labor laws and promote diversity and inclusion in hiring.
Required Qualifications:
- 12 years of progressive experience in recruitment with at least 7 years in a leadership role.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- Excellent communication negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic mindset with handson capabilities.
