RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide seniorlevel Human Capital Management support to the Federal/ Military employees for new hire orientation. Typical tasks include creating civilian hiring action packets conducting recurring meetings with DHA business partners including; United States Army Command Control Communication Computers Cyber Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance Center (C5ISR) advising personnel developing performance goals and objectives and other daily manpower activities as defined.
Support RMED and SDD training and awareness activities including those aligned with Manpower Individual Development Plan (IDP) activities.
Monitor readiness requirements for military personnel and serve as the SDD liaison with the DHA Military Personnel Support Branch to coordinate all military personnel activities.
Assist with identification of manpower requirements; development of manpower programming factors; and management of military performance management and promotion programs.
REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
Knowledgeable of manpower performance management workforce planning and human capital management.
Required comprehensive understanding of the Army Navy and Air Force military personnel and manpower programs and regulations governing those programs.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word PowerPoint Excel Outlook) SharePoint.
Familiarity of the DoD and the Defense Health Agency is highly desired.
Must be detailoriented organized and selfmotivated with high attention to detail.
Must have excellent verbal/written communication skills and effective interpersonal skills.
