Job Description
Job Summary:
Provide local client IT support when tier-1 support cannot fill a request or resolve an issue remotely. Install hardware perform hardware refreshes and manage break-fix of hardware. Perform system administration at the site level as needed.
Receives detailed instructions on new tasks and/or projects little to no guidance on routine varied situations that are normally encountered. Contributions generally require high attention to detail and may have minor impact on the organization.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Education and/or Experience
High School diploma or equivalent required and 5 10 years of experience in an Information Technology service & support role; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Associates degree (A.S.) from two-year college or technical school in a related field or Information Technology certifications preferred.

Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies
