Registered Nurse (RN)Responsibilities:
Provide1:1 care in the patients home.
Implement treatment and plan of care using sound judgment and critical thinking.
Maintainaccurate detailed andtimelydocumentation consistent with the care plan and nursing processes.
Perform all skills treatments and procedures to the scope of practice defined in the Nurse Practice Act in the state of clinical practice and adhere to thecompanypolicy procedures and protocols.

Registered Nurse (RN)Qualifications:
An unencumbered license as aRegistered Nurse (RN)in the state where care isprovided
Minimum of 1 yearnursing experience
Excellent problemsolving skills and organizational and multitasking skills
Indepth knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures (sanitation decontamination etc. and willingness tofollow them at alltimes
Valid Drivers License Auto Insurance BLS CPR card and an uptodate TB skin test or Chest XRay
Must be able to stand walk squat bend kneel reach twist push andpull
Must be able to lift or transfer up to 50pounds
