Job Description

In real estate the digital experience has become critical in the marketing mix. This role creates the right experience. Also digital media is used to generate leads and the role plays a critical role in using digital media to engage the target TG and maximize lead generation for the project.

Purpose: Design & implement digital marketing initiatives to expand customer reach create a unique customer experience and engagement online and increase the conversion ratio through various platforms

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

Market Intelligence and Marketing Strategy

Stay updated on industry trends market conditions and competitor activities. Conduct studies to gain deep insights into consumer behavior preferences and motivations to formulate a digital marketing strategy. Analyse consumer data to identify trends patterns and emerging needs to drive strategic digital marketingrelated decisions. Regularly review market research reports participate in industry conferences and engage in professional networking to gather insights.

Brand Positioning

Oversee the design functionality and content of the corporate website to ensure it reflects the brand identity values and positioning effectively. Extract actionable insights from the analysis of brand health scores to inform strategic decisionmaking and optimize digital marketing strategies. Compare organizations brand positioning with that of competitors. Identify gaps and opportunities where the organization can differentiate itself or capitalize on unique strengths.

Product Development & Product Marketing

Analyse the market insights collated by the Market Intelligence Team to design the project marketing plan. Develop and execute comprehensive digital campaigns to promote products/properties effectively across various digital channels. Oversee the development maintenance and optimization of the project microsite to ensure a userfriendly experience optimized for lead generation property showcasing and conversion optimization. Monitor and analyse the performance of digital marketing campaigns and initiatives and email marketing software to track key metrics identify trends and optimize strategies for maximum ROI. Conduct A/B testing user experience (UX) optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO) activities to improve project microsite performance increase lead generation and enhance the overall effectiveness of digital marketing efforts. Implement SEO best practices to improve the visibility and ranking of the property listings in search engine results pages (SERPs) driving organic traffic and increasing online visibility.

Presales Leadership

Plan execute and optimize digital lead generation campaigns across various channels including search engines email and display advertising to attract qualified leads and prospects for presales engagement. Develop and distribute highquality content assets such as blog posts articles videos and infographics to support presales efforts and educate prospects about products or services. Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and prospects throughout the presales journey providing valuable content offers and incentives to drive engagement and conversion. Lead product visualization initiatives covering VR WalkThroughs and 3D Experiences. Provide and continuously update the content of the online sales platform for improved customer experience. Supervise and conduct briefings for call centers to ensure consistent brand messaging and guide them on driving leads to action.

Media Planning &

Define and set clear and measurable objectives for media planning efforts focusing on brand awareness and lead generation through digital media to achieve business goals. Allocate and optimize the budget for media planning activities ensuring resources are maximized to achieve desired outcomes and ROI across online channels. Identify and determine the most effective online media channels for reaching the target audience.

People Management & Development

Carry out performance appraisal; assess capability and training needs of individuals in the function. Ensure adequate skills and competencies are developed in the team to minimize the risk of attrition.
