Job Description
Remote (Europe preferred) Full-Time Long-term / Permanent
Interactivated Solutions is looking for an experienced Lead Fullstack Developer to join one of our international clients a well-established European organization that hosts large-scale public events across the continent.
This is a foundational long-term role: you will be the first member of the engineering team responsible for architecting a new platform from scratch then growing and leading the development team over time.
If youre a hands-on builder with strong leadership skills and experience across the full stack we want to hear from you.
Tasks
- Architect and develop a modern platform to support high-volume operations and user interactions across Europe.
- Make key decisions about stack scalability performance and reliability.
- Collaborate directly with business and product stakeholders.
- Build the initial MVP and lead the development of core features.
- Hire and lead a small high-performing engineering team in the near future.
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools to enhance productivity and code quality.
Requirements
- Proven experience building and scaling fullstack web applications.
- Prior experience in leading or mentoring developers.
- Strong sense of ownership and the ability to work autonomously.
- Excellent communication skills and comfort in a remote async-first environment.
- Location in Europe or significant overlap with CET time zone preferred.
You should be confident working with:

English at B2/C1 level is a must
