- The ideal Drive Thru Director candidate will have a minimum of two years Quick Service Restaurant/Drive Thru Management experience. This individual will lead the charge with developing and implementing strategies to meet/exceed demands of the business including but not limited to Mobile Drive Thru Mobile Express Lane Twolane Drive Thru as well as embody and communicate Core Values & Culture of the business while executing the Brand Strategy and Fundamental Purpose.

- Ensure every guest who encounters our restaurant receives a REMARKABLE experience by having a growth mindset and following the expected practices of our Winning Hearts Everyday Strategy
- Supports and collaborates with Asst. Director/Director Team
- Coach Invest In and Develop Drive Thru Team Leaders and Assistant Drive Thru Director
- Ensure Coaching Debriefing and Development of all Drive Thru Team Members
- Ensure application of Peer to Peer Conflict Model Driving REMARKABLE Performance Engagement Model and daily S.M.A.R.T goals
Business Oversight Responsibilities:
- Implements Winning Hearts Strategy
- Anticipates growth in the Drive Thru and develops/implements strategy to meet/exceed demands of the business including but not limited to Mobile Drive Thru Mobile Express Lane Twolane
- Maximizes resources available to increase thruput including but not limited to CFA Consultations
- Utilizes LENS model with specific focus on Drive Thru continuous improvement
- Implements Drive Thru LEAN practices
- Collaborates with Tactical Director Team to improve/optimize thruput in the Drive Thru
- Develops and creates strategies and goals to ensure Best Of The Bay CEM scores in Drive Thru: OSAT Order Accuracy Speed of Service Attentive & Courteous
- Create schedules and maximize productivity for Drive Thru Team
- Assist in hiring process and decisions disciplinary conversations
- Other duties as assigned
