Job Overview
The primary responsibility of this position is to manage inbound phone calls provide accurate overthephone estimates based on customer job details and needs and book jobs with precise and detailed notes and customer information.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and provide accurate estimates for handyman services.
- Book jobs ensuring all customer information and notes are detailed and precise.
- Collaborate effectively with team members.
- Maintain flexibility and adaptability in managing an everchanging schedule.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Continuously learn and develop within the role adapting to new challenges and opportunities.
- Manage multiple screens and tabs efficiently.
- Prior experience or knowledge of home construction basics (e.g. drywall carpentry flooring tile exteriors).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Excellent typing skills (minimum 45 words per minute).
- Ability to manage multiple screens and tabs simultaneously.
- Demonstrated reliability and professional approach to work.
- Commitment to improving processes and contributing to team success.
- Special consideration for candidates with experience dispatching in HVAC Plumbing or Electrical companies.
- PTO offered after a 90day trial period 2 weeks per year).
