Client Success Trainee (100% Commission) Remote

Job Summary
Were looking for a motivated and service-minded Client Success Trainee to join our team. This is an entry-level remote position with 100% commission earningsperfect for someone eager to start a meaningful career while learning hands-on. Youll receive full training and mentorship while helping clients understand and maintain their insurance coverage.
Responsibilities
Learn our systems products and client service approach through structured training
Support clients during the onboarding process and throughout the policy lifecycle
Assist with coverage reviews and help answer basic policy questions
Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
Escalate complex client needs to senior team members as needed
Track client interactions and feedback using CRM tools
Participate in team meetings and coaching sessions
