Dalberg is currently seeking a motivated and entrepreneurial candidate to join its operations team as Finance Senior Manager. This is a fulltime role that will be based in Kenya South Africa or Rwanda. The Finance Senior Manager will play a key role in running the Finance function for 50 staff in the Africa region.
Reporting to the Regional Finance Committee and liaising with colleagues across the globe this role will manage a growing team of 23 professionals in Finance function. This role is both strategic as well as implementation focused

What You Will Do and How You Will Grow
The Senior Finance Manager for Africa oversees the financial performance and health of the region by implementing budgeting forecasting financial analysis and compliance efforts. This role maintains alignment with accounting standards (e.g. IFRS) supervises internal controls and audits and conducts analysis to support business decisionmaking. In addition the Senior Finance Manager directs Dalbergs intraregion and global financial processes and operations which includes the finance teams of transactions and reporting across entities. This role also manages and develops the regional finance team identifies and implements process improvements and ensures timely and accurate financial reporting to senior leadership.
