Job Description
Requirements:
- Bachelors or above in Computer Science Engineering Business Management or a related field.
- 7 years of verifiable experience as a Business Analyst
- Rich experience in UI prototyping tools such as Microsoft Visio or any others.
- Outstanding logical reasoning.
- Capable to work in the team as a team player and selfmotivated.
- Solid presentation and communication skills.
- Solid English writing and oral skills are necessary. C1
Sr Business Analyst
Overall Responsibilities:
- Requirements Gathering: Engaging with stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements.
- Process Analysis: Analyzing current business processes and identifying areas for improvement or automation.
- Solution Design: Collaborating with technical teams to design and implement solutions that meet business needs.
- Stakeholder Communication: Acting as a liaison between business units IT teams and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and understanding of requirements.
- Project Support: Supporting project management activities including timelines scope and deliverables ensuring that projects align with business objectives.
- Testing and Validation: Participating in the testing phase to ensure that the implemented solutions meet the specified requirements.
- System Integrations: Conduct system integration analysis to support integration effort between Company Product and thirdparty software such as ERP Document Management GIS and LDAP (Lightweight Directory Access Protocol) systems.
- Documentation: Draft or review implementation project deliverables in English such as Initial Requirements User Stories Configuration Analysis document User Acceptance Test Scripts and Training Manual.
- Customer Support: Provide customer supports after project implementation.
