Job Description
Working experience in ServiceNow SAM Pro module and expertise in different contracts license models Product use rights of various publishers e.g. Microsoft Adobe Oracle etcExperience in onboarding Software publishers within SAM ProEstablishing and maintaining software license compliance and licensing lifecycle management for all software from purchase receipt installation upgrade removal reallocation and retirementManaging software models entitlements and license metrics within SAM ProCandidate should have the ability to research software products determine product licensing implications and vulnerabilities interpret and process Vendor software license agreementsPerforming license reconciliation to ensure compliance with vendor contracts and agreementsAssessing and benchmarking the current process against the best practices as requiredSuggest and implement technical measures to save on license cost based on usage Experience in managing and analyzing new project requirementsTracking software license usage and identifying potential overspending or compliance issuesAnalyzing software usage data to identify optimization opportunities and cost reduction strategiesDeveloping and customizing reports and dashboards to monitor software usage compliance status and cost savingsCreating and managing workflows for software procurement deployment and retirementCommunicating effectively with stakeholders regarding SAM Pro processes policies and procedures
