Job Description
As the Energy Lead you will play a key role in expanding Egis footprint across the broader energy sector. With strong technical expertise in transmission and distribution and a wider lens on emerging energy opportunities you will drive business growth and help shape our strategic direction in the sector.
In this role you will:
Lead and grow our energy business identifying and securing new opportunities across transmission distribution and the broader energy market.
Strengthen and expand relationships with key clients industry partners and stakeholders.
Provide expert technical leadership on energy projects ensuring highquality design and delivery.
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance our capability and position in the energy sector.
Develop and implement strategies to broaden our energy offering and enter new markets within the sector.
Represent Egis at industry events fostering partnerships and thought leadership.
Qualifications :
Extensive experience in transmission and distribution with a strong understanding of the broader energy landscape.
Proven track record of business development and client relationship management.
Strong technical expertise across a range of energy infrastructure projects.
Experience working on largescale complex energy projects.
Ability to lead and develop highperforming teams.
Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
