Job Description
This is a remote position.
- Monday to Thursday 1pm to 4pm
Responsibilities:
Make outgoing calls to restaurant managers direct marketing companies corporations and entertainment directors
Conduct follow-up calls with existing clients on a monthly basis
Generate new leads and warm contacts for entertainment bookings
Enter client information and call notes into CRM system ()
Schedule appointments for client meetings and performances
Update and maintain lead database with accurate contact information
Follow provided scripts for both cold calls and existing client outreach
Requirements
Strong communication skills and professional phone manner
Customer service background and soft-spoken communication style
Experience in lead generation and appointment setting
Comfortable learning and following provided scripts
