Job description
Our client is wellness Centre that empowers lives to achieve optimal health through holistic science-based care. Services include hormonal health support fertility enhancement weight management and stress prevention with a unique blend of African herbal traditions and modern medicine.
The client is now looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Team Lead to spearhead our sales team and drive revenue growth across our wellness services and product lines. This role requires strong leadership strategic sales planning and a hands-on approach to generating and converting leads. The ideal candidate will be responsible for not only meeting personal sales targets but also ensuring the entire sales team consistently achieves and exceeds their goals.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to increase revenue from wellness
services spatreatments and product sales.
Identify and generate leads through various channels including social media referrals partnerships and networking.
Conduct sales presentations and consultations to educate clients on our wellness
solutions.
Track and analyze sales performance providing insights and data-driven
recommendations to management.
Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize campaigns for lead generation and conversion.
Stay updated on industry trends competitors and customer preferences to refine sales approaches.
Train and manage a high-performing sales team.
Set clear sales targets for team members and provide the necessary coaching and
support to ensure they meet their goals.
Motivate and drive the team to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
Organize regular team meetings to review progress discuss challenges and refine sales strategies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and
customer satisfaction.
Implement effective customer follow-up strategies to exceed targets.
Requirements
. or HND in Business Administration Marketing Sales or relevant field
Minimum of 3-4 years post NYSC experience as a sales team lead
Must be medically inclined
Excellent communication negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Target-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Strong understanding of digital marketing CRM systems and sales analytics.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively to drive results.
Salary: 250000 net plus a very attractive commission
