Job Description
Job Summary:
Miracle Motors Wilkes Barre is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Automotive Sales Associate to join our team in WilkesBarre Pennsylvania. As an Automotive Sales Associate you will be responsible for assisting customers in purchasing new and preowned vehicles providing excellent customer service and achieving sales targets. This is a fulltime individual contributor position in the Auto industry with a salary range of $40000 to $100000 per year paid biweekly.

Responsibilities:
Greet customers and assist them in finding a vehicle that meets their needs and budget
Understand and explain vehicle features options and warranties to customers
Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle capabilities to customers
Negotiate and finalize sales transactions in a timely and professional manner
Follow up with customers postsale to ensure satisfaction and build longterm relationships
Stay uptodate on the latest automotive industry trends models and features
Meet and exceed monthly and yearly sales targets
Maintain an organized and professional work environment
Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and efficient work environment
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree in Business or related field is a plus
Minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive sales
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Knowledge of current automotive industry trends and regulations
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Basic computer skills and familiarity with automotive sales software
