The People Services Director is responsible for providing leadership and strategic direction for all areas of People Services including employee relations compensation management performance management training and leadership development. This is a handson role where the Director oversees a small team and may themselves assist in regularly performing daytoday human resource and department operational tasks.
MustHaves
Bachelor of Science degree required
5 or more years of healthcare (hospital) human resource experience
Knowledge of relevant federal state and local registration relating to Human Resources i.e. Title VII of the Civil Rights Act Affirmative Action ADA FMLA
