Being HRBP Iberia in Iberia is an exciting task! you will assist and support the daily functions of the Human Resources (HR) department.
This are your most important tasks:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations within the local context Spain & Portugal
- Facilitate effective local communication with employees
- Implement corporate policies at the local level and ensure corresponding compliance
- Manage global mobility processes
- Manage and maintain the local HRIS
- Manage and maintain the local work registration system
- Design and deliver employee development and training programs

Qualification and Experience
- Degree in Human Resources Law Psychology or similar background / experience
- 45 years of experience in Human Resources
- Experience in Payroll and Labour Relations are required
- Experience in HR communication and reporting are an asset
Key Competencies - Good communication and negotiation skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Spanish labor law (Portuguese labor law would be a plus)
- Resilience and emotional intelligence
- Ability to keep good relations with workers and reporting managers
- Fluent inSpanishandEnglish C1 Portuguese would be a plus
