Audience Development Associate
Location: NYC NY or Remote
Reports To: VP Event Marketing
CyberRisk Alliance is seeking an enthusiastic and detailoriented AudienceDevelopment Associate to join our Event Marketing team. This role is essential to the successof our custom events focusing on attendee recruitment and providing exceptional delegatesupport.

Qualifications:
For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in New York City CRA is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to New York City and takes into account numerous factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to a candidates qualifications skills competencies experience and location. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $55000 to $60000 which does not include other compensation benefits package.

CyberRisk Alliance is seeking an enthusiastic and detailoriented AudienceDevelopment Associate to join our Event Marketing team. This role is essential to the successof our custom events focusing on attendee recruitment and providing exceptional delegatesupport.
Key Responsibilities:
Event Attendee Recruitment and Support:
- Conduct outreach campaigns to recruit attendees for CyberRisk Alliance custom events using email social media and direct phone calls.
- Serve as the primary contact for our event attendee inquiries ensuring a seamless and professional experience.
- Work closely with the event marketing and operations teams to maintain accurate attendee data and ensure recruitment goals are met. Provide personalized assistance to prospective attendees addressing questions about registration event details and participation requirements.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of outreach efforts and attendee communications.
- Collaborate with the Event Marketing team to improve recruitment and support processes.
- Assist with postevent analysis and reporting to measure success and identify areas for improvement
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in communications marketing or a related field or equivalent experience.
- 13 years of experience in customer service event operations or attendee recruitment.
- Strong communication skills including email phone and social media outreach.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency with CRM tools email marketing platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Selfmotivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
- Demonstrated interest or experience in leveraging AI technologies to drive innovationefficiency and value creation.
- Ability to adapt to a fastpacedenvironment and stay updated on industry trends and advancements in AI technology
