We are looking for a new colleague in our team Commercial Strategy & Sales (BDC) as a Sales & Channel Development Senior Manager DACH (m/f/d).
What you can look forward to as a Sales & Channel Development Senior Manager DACH (m/f/d):
- Actively identify pursue and develop new business channels such as distributors resellers associations software partners and fleets.
- Negotiate and close commercial agreements to drive product penetration and revenue growth.
- Conduct ontheground market research to understand the unique needs and potential of the fleet management sector within the territory.
- Engage directly with key customers fostering strong relationships and closing sales deals.
- Implement a sales plan that expands the companys customer base and ensures its strong presence in the market.
- Liaise with the product and marketing teams providing ontheground insights and feedback from customers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to maximize the impact of promotional campaigns for our solutions within the territory.
- Stay uptodate with industry trends market activities and competitors and adjust the field sales strategies accordingly.
- Manage and maintain strong longlasting customer relationships through regular field visits and followups.
- Work with internal teams (like sales customer service and product development) to ensure a consistent and excellent customer experience.
What we expect from you as a Sales & Channel Development Senior Manager DACH (m/f/d):
- A bachelors degree in business Sales Marketing or a related field
- Proven field sales sales development channel development or business development experience preferably within diagnostics fleet management SaaS or Tech industry of 10 years
- Demonstrated ability to identify and develop business channels on the ground.
- Very strong hunter mentality and negotiation skills with a track record of successfully closing deals.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Good understanding of the automotive German market on diagnostics and garages workshops Fleets and Distributors.
- Very good & demonstrated ability to work crossfunctionally with teams such as sales marketing and customer service.
- Proven track record of achieving field sales sales channel targets and driving business growth.
- Strong experience in managing key customer relationships and closing strategic opportunities in the field.
- Fluent English German additional languages a strong plus
