About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and personable Customer Service and Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role you will support and guide clients through product education personalized solutions and consistent service. Youll be a key part of the customer journey helping people make informed decisions while building longterm relationships.
This position is ideal for someone who is proactive peoplefocused and comfortable working in a fastpaced environment where every conversation matters.
Responsibilities
Communicate with customers via phone email and chat with professionalism and care
Understand client needs and recommend appropriate product or service solutions
Educate clients on offerings and identify opportunities to upsell when appropriate
Manage followups and build strong longterm customer relationships
Use CRM tools to track interactions organize tasks and maintain accurate records
Work collaboratively with your team to share ideas and improve service strategies
Qualifications
Experience in customer service sales or a clientfacing role is helpful but not required
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple interactions with clarity and professionalism
Comfortable learning new tools and using CRM systems
Selfmotivated organized and adaptable
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace if working remotely
