Sealcon is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Inside Technical Sales Representative to join our in-person team in Centennial CO. This role focuses on outbound calling technical product support and business development. You ll be the voice of our company to prospective and current customers building relationships generating opportunities and driving sales across key vertical markets.
Conduct outbound sales calls aligned with marketing campaigns
Follow up on inbound leads and create new business through cold calls and email outreach
Assist customers with technical questions and manage ongoing project requests
Provide product support to sales representatives and distributor partners
Maintain detailed sales records in the CRM system (Zoho CRM experience a plus)
Manage and grow relationships within your assigned territory or top accounts
Meet or exceed sales goals and support broader company initiatives
Participate in training sessions and contribute to continuous improvement
Perform additional duties as assigned
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
1 3 years of experience in sales or customer service
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (phone and email proficiency a must)
Excellent organization and time management abilities
A collaborative solution-oriented mindset
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor s degree or technical certifications
Experience in industrial or technical product sales
Work Environment: In-office professional setting
Physical Demands: Typical office use occasional lifting up to 20 lbs
Travel: None
Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and able to commute to the Centennial office daily
