Sales Executive Hstens Store

Were seeking a highly motivated and driven Sales Executive who is ready to take ownership of your own success manage your own pipeline and deliver exceptional experiences to our discerning clientele.

As an Instore and External Sales Executive for Hstens you will play a key role in driving sales both within our store in Leiderdorp and through strategic external outreach.

Your primary responsibility will be to deliver an exceptional personalized experience for our clients creating a seamless blend of instore and external sales activities. You will also take charge of organizing and supporting events leveraging our store as a dynamic showroom to inspire and engage customers.

With a strong emphasis on relationshipbuilding you will actively identify new business opportunities cultivate existing client relationships and embody the brands values with professionalism and passion. You will represent Hstens both inside the store and in the wider community ensuring our reputation as a leading luxury brand.

We are looking for someone with an outstanding track record in luxury retail sales someone who has successfully navigated similar roles and understands the nuances of highend sales. A combination of skills in sales event management and relationshipbuilding will be key to your success in this role. If you have the expertise to drive growth inspire loyalty and represent a worldclass brand this position offers a unique opportunity to excel both instore and through external initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively manage and grow a personal pipeline of highvalue leads through outreach followup and instore engagement.
  • Provide a personalized and luxurious customer journey guiding clients through the Hstens story and helping them find the perfect sleep solution.
  • Build longterm relationships with clients interior designers etc to create a strong referral network.
  • Take full responsibility for meeting and exceeding monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Maintain expertlevel knowledge of Hstens products craftsmanship and heritage to ensure highimpact presentations.
  • Collaborate with the instore team to create an inviting and elegant showroom atmosphere that reflects the Hstens brand.
  • Track and report on individual sales performance pipeline activity and customer feedback.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Proven success in highticket or luxury sales environments.
  • Selfstarter with strong initiative discipline and drive to build and manage a personal sales pipeline.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for client experience.
  • Highly organized with strong timemanagement skills and the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor appropriate for a luxury retail environment.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English. Additional languages are a plus.
