Job Title: Specialized QA Engineer NonDeterministic Flow Testing
Role Overview:
We are seeking a Specialized QA Engineer with experience in validating AIdriven nondeterministic conversational systems (e.g. chatbots virtual assistants). This role is ideal for someone with a deep understanding of automation AI system validation and a passion for ensuring highquality user experiences in dynamic and intelligent environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement comprehensive test strategies for AIbased conversational systems.
Test nondeterministic flows and proactively identify edge cases and failure points.
Develop and maintain automated test frameworks and validation scripts for AI/ML model outputs.
Work closely with developers and data scientists to ensure robustness accuracy and consistency in AI responses.
Conduct performance analysis and system behavior validation under varying load and conditions.
Engage with stakeholders to understand evolving requirements and deliver timely quality results.
Participate in continuous improvement of testing processes and tools for AI systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
6 10 years of experience in Quality Engineering with at least 2 years in testing AIbased or nondeterministic systems (e.g. chatbots NLP applications).
Strong background in automation testing with handson experience in scripting using Python JavaScript or similar languages.
Solid understanding of testing strategies for AI/ML models particularly for conversational AI.
Experience with tools such as Postman Selenium Appium or similar frameworks.
Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) and testing dialogue flow variations.
Exposure to performance testing and data validation.
Strong problemsolving skills and ability to work in fastpaced evolving environments.
Excellent communication skills must be confident in a clientfacing role.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have):
Experience with AI/ML validation frameworks.
Background in datadriven testing and model behavior analysis.
Familiarity with version control systems like Git and CI/CD pipelines.
