Job Description
Grain Valley teachers are expected to provide instruction that meets the district goals mission and benchmarks; create a classroom environment that is conducive to learning and appropriate to the maturity level and interest of the students. All candidates must also demonstrate a commitment to their own ongoing professional growth.
Qualified candidates must possess a Bachelors degree in elementary education and be certified to teach in the state of Missouri motivate students to develop skills attitudes and knowledge needed to provide a good foundation for their education in accordance with each pupils ability and establish positive supportive relationships with parents and other staff members.
