Job description IT Support
Responsible for delivering superior hardware and software support for the infrastructure corporate office. Drive effective assistance to the infrastructure team in building a bestinclass technology support function within a fastgrowing organization.
Relevant Experience :
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical role providing remote support in a technical service desk environment.
Technical Knowhow/Tools used :
- Experience inOffice 365 Azure Active Directory and Windows operating system
- Knowledge of PC and printer hardware configuration deployment and troubleshooting.
- Preferred experience withIOS/Android troubleshoots & maintain.
- Exposure tohardware issue management.
- Ability to Manage the Office Networks LAN WAN.
- Providing connectivity support forhome users including network broadband Virtual Technologies and VPN.
- Experience inWindows Networking (TCP/IP DHCP DNS VPN etc.
- Experience withAzure AWS and Citrix Virtual desktops support.
- Ability to provideendtoend delivery support for desktop environments improve the efficiency of systems
- Ability todesign implement and integrate IT hardware for its use in business environments.
- Ability tomaintain hardware PCs or workstations and Hardware Inventory.
- Ability toefficiently resolve computer related issues received from employees implement a standardized system and measure the effectiveness
- Ability toinvestigate troubleshoot resolve and prevent the recurrence of incidents.
- Ability toestablish and implement the processes and contingencies to ensure that IT Services can recover
- Ability to utilize a variety oftechnical tools to guarantee service availability and ensure IT system performance
- Ability tolearn and apply technical troubleshooting approaches tools and techniques and anticipate recognize and resolve technical problems
- Ability to manage theinstallation configuration maintenance and troubleshooting of end users PC or workstation hardware
- Ability to provide insight intosoftware installation and support for multiple vendors
- Prior experienceutilizing ticket tracking systems is a plus
- Crafting and updating Knowledge Base articles and infrastructure documentation.
- Ability tomanage the supporting Vendors.
