The Confluence Hotel is currently seeking skilled and detailoriented line cooks to join our culinary team. As a line cook you will play an essential role in the preparation and of highquality dishes that meet our guests expectations. With The Confluence Hotels commitment to culinary excellence we are looking for individuals who are passionate organized and able to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment. Your responsibilities will include accurately following recipes maintaining a clean and sanitary work area and collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations. Your attention to detail ability to multitask and commitment to delivering exceptional food will contribute to the overall success of our culinary team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and specifications
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met
- Handle and store ingredients properly
- Set up stations for menu item preparation
- Produce food in a timely manner
- Demonstrate culinary and knife skills
- Plate and present menu items attractively
- Pay attention to detail in all aspects of food preparation and presentation
- Work as part of a team to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Manage time effectively to ensure timely food production
- Coordinate orders with other kitchen staff
- Adhere to recipes and menu item specifications
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively
