The Munich Marriott City West sets new benchmarks and standards in meetings & events. Inspired by the Bavarian lifestyle and with 398 guest rooms and suites and nearly 5000 sqm of public space including a stateoftheart conference center customized and firstclass event needs are put into practice. The upscale concept includes the Italian restaurant & Vineria Assoluto with open show kitchen the Assoluto Caffe and the Westhub Lounge & Bar offering an outstanding culinary offering combined with warm hospitality in a stylish ambience. Who we are looking for...
Planning down to the smallest detail thats what counts! We want our guests to feel completely comfortable with us and know that their event is in good hands. And of course they are in your capable hands! Attention to detail and organizational skills are your greatest strengths. You communicate with all areas of the hotel and ensure that every event is planned and prepared from A to Z not even the smallest detail escapes you.
What your responsibilities are...
- You are responsible for the professional planning of conferences private events congresses and group bookings (rooms).
- You facilitate clear and professional communication about processes and procedures of the events with all departments
- You are present with the guests & customers. I.e. house tours personal meetings and also on the day of the event guests always know that they can contact you and your team
- You are responsible for the contracting and invoicing of events and group bookings.
- You are a real team player with all hotel departments and the leadership team

- You have relevant work experience in the hotel or banqueting sector in the hotel industry
- You are detailoriented and creative
- You have a fantastic appearance are charming and convince with your professionalism
- You are a communication talent with good German and English language skills
- Your winning appearance your cando attitude and handson mentality are a natural part of your personality
- You speak German and English fluently
- You have a work permit for the EU/Germany
