Job Description:Senior Cloud Services Development Manager PathWave Cloud
This opportunity is part of the Keysight Technology Organization which leverages Keysights worldclass technology and platform offerings to deliver breakthrough softwarecentric solutions optimizing the companys resources and enabling growth in areas that provide competitive advantage across the ecosystem.

Keysight Labs provides leadingedge tools products and technologies to drive Keysights growing business. We are looking for someone who can get things done and wants to drive the vision and capabilities for Keysights PathWave Cloud Platform. As part of this role you will:

Manage projects with agile methodologies to meet team and business needs.
Lead the development of PathWave Cloud Platform services and GUI working shouldertoshoulder with other driven teams in the PathWave Cloud group.
Create and drive strategy working with internal partners as well as endcustomers.
Lead your team by providing them a clear vision of the customer needs and product requirements setting aggressive but achievable objectives and acting as a mentor and coach to your team.
Partner with Cloud DevOps Team to continually build and deploy backend services and GUIs.

Job Qualifications

Bachelors or Masters Degree or University Degree or equivalent.
710 years of experience working in a software product development environment (as a developer/individual contributor technical lead product owner and/or manager)
3 years relevant Software team leadership or managerial experience
Experience with cloud technologies and distributed systems is required
Understanding of virtual environments containerized technologies (such as Docker) container orchestration and packaging (such as Kubernetes Helm)
Experience managing and executing projects in an agile environment
Must have proven project mgmt. skills with various tracking tools (for example tools such as Atlassian etc)
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Nice to have
Distributed version control (Git Mercurial etc)
Languages and frameworks: such as Golang C Angular Typescript Node.js etc
