Job Description:
The Marketing Assistant will support the Marketing Department and organization.
Responsibilities Include:
- Assist in conference and materials organization and distribution and logistical planning including packaging of booths and other exhibit materials.
- Supports branded swag and merchandise company orders including packaging shipping organizing and inventory.
- Support development of social media posts and internal communications.
- Support other office and/or disciplinespecific initiatives as required.
- Assist in other administrative tasks as required.

Requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum of a High school diploma.
- A minimum of two 2 years of jobrelated relevant experience.
- Ability to type and edit text.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Competency with marketing related programs and software including Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign Photoshop Illustrator).
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong team ethic.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks.
- Ability to perform tasks accurately.
- Selfstarter.
After an offer of employment is made the candidate must successfully pass a pre employment background check drug screening and DMV records check that meets WESTs minimum criteria to operate a motor vehicle on behalf of the company. A valid drivers license will be required.
