Minimum Qualifications
BA/BS degree. 2 years of experience in university admissions or academic advising or in consultative sales and customer advising in other industries.
Preferred Qualifications
Ability to effectively represent the university to prospective students and other key external constituents and energetically recruit graduate students using a consultative sales approach Ability to engage with institutional and other partners using a consultative sales approach. Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a high volume fastpaced work environment. Understanding of effective skills and strategies for adult student recruitment and advising. Ability to work effectively in teams and build good working relationships with a wide variety of faculty and staff. Ability to understand and explain complexities of the University academic and curricular policy to students. Ability to track and manage highly detailed data and procedure. Three to five years higher education experience preferred.
