Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Expand market presence by making business strategy and improving the performance of the USA & EU team with competent knowledge of vertical production (spinning weaving knitting sewing dyeing).
- Develop & execute sales strategies to achieve revenue & profitability targets.
- Build strong client relationships and develop new buyers.
- Collaborate with merchandising production & supply chain teams for seamless order .
- Manage and develop teams with proper capability to serve company business strategy.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience in business development and sales management in textile & garment industry
- Strong background in the knit garment industry for the EU/USA market
- Ability to develop and implement effective growth strategies
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Leadership and team management experience
- Deep understanding of market trends and customer needs
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Textile/Fashion Design or a related field
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
- Open to expatriates and candidates willing to relocate
