- Recruit healthcare professionals through extensive phone and Internet/email prospecting
- Generate a highvolume pipeline of candidates under tight timelines
- Use major job boards social media referrals and cold calling to find and attract talent
- Provide outstanding customer service to job seekers

Education and Work Experience Requirements
- One 1 year prior business experience.
- One 1 year of prior recruiting experience preferred.
- Bachelors degree preferred. Equivalent combination of experience and education may satisfy the educational requirement.
