Carroll Motor Fuels is seeking individuals who are independent and want a competitive income and excellent benefits. Most importantly you are guaranteed to be home every day! The Driver will deliver various petroleum products to residential and commercial customers. Duties will include but are not limited to local driving in the Curtis Bay MD area & Lorton VA area using a straight truck delivering petroleum products and completing required daily paperwork.

Responsibilities:
- Drive a straight truck to delivery locations while obeying all local traffic laws. Operate other Company vehicles within license classification restrictions on occasion as assigned.
- Deliver product by transferring fuel from the truck to the customers receiving vessel according to company procedures.
- Loading product into truck at local loading facility as directed by dispatcher and operate the trucks onboard delivery computer and meter systems.
- Perform other tasks & duties as assigned or required.

Qualifications
EducationSkillsandAbilities:
- HighSchoolDiplomaorGED recommendedbutnotrequired.
- Mustbe21yearsofage(DOTrequired).
- Current/validClassACommercialDriversLicensewithTankerandHazmatendorsements and TWIC Card.
- Current/validDOT MedicalExaminersCertificate.
- Pass the FMCSA Clearinghouse Query.
- 3Years experiencedrivingtankervehicles preferred.
- Ability to train and learn the petroleum industry.
- Abilitytolift andpull a minimum of 50 lbs. and the ability to stabilize aminimumof100lbs.
- Ability toworkwithlittlesupervision.
- Abilitytoeffectivelycommunicateverballywithothersincludingemployeesandcustomers.
- Mustmeetcompanyinsurabilityrequirements.
