Their fleet of independent agents operate throughout Florida and specialize in personalized services extending beyond open enrollment.
Job Summary
The Agent Success role provides support to our agents to ensure resources are fully utilized across the company offerings to ensure the agent is successful. This individual will review company reporting to gather & organize sales data. The Agent Success individual should be informed regarding the needs of our agents as they connect with them and provide support in communication and resources being offered.
Position Responsibilities
Prepare and generate detailed reports on sales and production metrics in a weekly frequency. Ensure reports are accurate timely and align with company standards.
Proactively reach out to agents on a scheduled monthly basis to build relationship and provide support.
Address any issues or concerns raised by the agent with the internal sales team to implement a resolution.
Initiate direct phone calls with agents to inform them about upcoming trainings sales updates or any other important information relevant to their business.
Maintain productive relationships with potential and established agents through onsite visits and routine calls.
Establish and maintain a schedule of new agent contracting support touch base schedule at the frequency of 30/60/90 days.
Identify patterns of support that agents are in need of and provide solutions to potential sales obstacles agents may have.
Provide support to other departments and company projects as it may relate to agent support and contracting.
Position Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
Bilingual required
Multiline phone skills with professional etiquette
Possess an upbeat positive and enthusiastic attitude
Confident selfstarter who works well independently
Strong communication skills both oral and written
Be a great selfstarter with a sense of urgency
Problem solving skills required
Great team and individual contributor
